Dentosophy

Is a therapy characterized by a humanistic approach to the art of dentistry, using functional techniques and highlighting the link between the balance of the mouth, the balance of the human being, and more broadly, the balance of the world.

A course for lovers of Dentistry who have a holistic vision.

From birth, the mouth is physically shaped by vital functions (breathing, sucking-swallowing, chewing) that are at the heart of dental dynamics.

Eminent physicians have considered the orofacial apparatus as an integral part of the entire organism and have directed their experiments and practice accordingly.

Dentosophy is the theoretical result of our clinical method, continuously enriched by observations of dental logic.

In the dental field, our work has been primarily inspired by professors René SOULET from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, André BESOMBES from the University of Paris, and Pedro PLANAS from the University of Madrid.

In a broader field, it is based on research in medicine and neurophysiology.

Our conclusions:

Alterations in vital functions or their corrections have repercussions at all levels: physical, organic, psychological, emotional, behavioral...

We systematically observe how the proper functioning of the mouth through dental acts and suitable exercises (focused on the reeducation of vital functions) gives the patient the ability to create their own oral shape, which reflects their overall balance. This is achieved regardless of the age or condition of the mouth.

Every human being has a potential for balance. The expression of this balance is often hindered by unconscious self-imposed limitations (psychic and physical) created by the patient in response to what they have experienced.

The primary role of the dentist is to facilitate the unlocking of these limitations and guide the patient towards the complete growth of their mouth.
