Adam & Josh Bigelsen here. We are the sons of health and wellness Pioneer Dr. Harvey Bigelsen and one of the directors of the Bigelsen Academy.

As children, we watched my father as a successful, rich eye surgeon becoming thoroughly unhappy with his career choice. He truly wanted to help people, and his hands were tied as an MD. Eventually he found a new way to help people and became a pioneer in the field of health and wellness.

 Throughout my father's journey there were many ups and downs to say the least. The life he chose was very challenging for all of us. However, what he was able to do through his work was beyond amazing. He was able to leave us with a method that is replicable and effective.

The books that my father wrote are pieces of very applicable information and wisdom. The words in my fathers books are truly life-changing. Anyone who reads one of his books will never think the same about health and wellness.

Throughout my fathers journey, he found a way to truly be able to help people. At this point, my brother and I have chosen to continue our fathers work. Our mission is to share this work with the world so it did not die with our father.

We have developed this course based on our fathers book entitled Doctors Are More Harmful Than Germs, along with our four decades of experience with our clinics and patients. This book talks about the hidden side of healthcare. The idea that surgery can be hazardous to your health, and how to avoid it is an important theme in this book.

In this course, you will learn how Western medicine has become more disease management than anything else. You will understand very clearly how most common medical practices are actually the cause of many chronic, long-term health problems. We will discuss the idea that effective medical therapy must allow the body to go through a true process of healing and not simply suppress the symptoms that serve as warning flags.
