Where is the retreat going to be?

Retreat will take place in Chapala, Jalisco. We can assist with Bed & Breakfast locations in Chapala and Ajijic.

You will experience the following tools:

• Holographic Blood Utilizes a special high-definition Dark Field microscope to analyze overall condition by observing live blood holograms, detecting imbalances.  
• Bio-well device reading The technology allows visualization of the invisible energy field or aura, aiding in understanding and improving health and wellness. Allows us to see in real time the effect of differente interactions.
• Qigong An ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique involving meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. It's designed to cultivate and balance life energy, or 'qi', promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
• Vocal Toning Is a practice that involves using the voice to produce extended sounds on specific pitches. The technique focuses on the therapeutic and calming effects.
• Primitive Repair Response Mechanism walking exercise Is a movement-based technique designed to address retained primitive reflexes. It involves specific walking patterns that help integrate these reflexes, which are automatic movements in infants that usually integrate as the child grows.
• Heart Rate Variability/Quick Coherence Technique combines heart-focused breathing with positive emotion to shift the heart's rhythm, promoting coherence in heart rate variability.
• Parasympathetic Treatments focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the body's "rest and repair" response. The goal is to counteract the stress response, promote relaxation, and support overall health and healing.
• Access to Hot Springs Hot springs can offer several benefits, including relaxation of muscles, improved circulation, and stress reduction.
